By playing Voxeria, you agree to these terms. They're kept short on purpose — Voxeria is a free hobby project, not a commercial service with lawyers on retainer.
The game
Voxeria is provided free of charge, "as is," without warranty of any kind. It is a playtest build under active development: features, worlds, saves, and systems may change, break, or be removed without notice.
Your account and data
No account is required to play. Your save data lives in your browser. We are not responsible for save data lost due to clearing browser storage, browser updates, device changes, or game updates that change how saves are stored.
Acceptable use
When using multiplayer, shared worlds, or chat, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
- Share illegal content or content that violates others' rights.
- Attempt to exploit, cheat, disrupt, or attack the game's servers or other players' sessions.
- Impersonate another person or Voxeria staff.
We may restrict or remove access to multiplayer features for anyone who violates these rules.
User-created content
Voxeria includes tools to create and share custom blocks, mods, or worlds. You keep ownership of what you create. By sharing content through Voxeria's built-in sharing features, you allow other players to view and use that content within the game. Don't share content you don't have the right to share.
No warranty, limited liability
Voxeria is offered without any warranty, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the game, including lost save data or service interruptions.
Changes
These terms may change as the game changes. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the current version. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
